S1 (2025/2026) students are to be admitted through "Secondary 1 (S1) Discretionary Places (DP) Applications" and the Central Allocation according to the Educational Bureau Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System. 
本校透過教育局的「中一自行分配學位」及「統一派位」取錄2025/2026學年的中一學生。

Application for transfer admission (2025/26)
插班生申請(2025/26)

Application for S2, S3 and S4 transfer admission for academic year 2025-2026 is now available:
現正接受2025-2026學年中二、中三及中四級插班生申請:

  1. Date: 2 June 2025 (Mon) to 18 June 2025 (Wed)
    Office hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-12:00, 14:00-16:00 & Saturday 09:00-12:00
    日期:2025年6月2日(一)至2025年6月18日(三)
    辦公時間:周一至周五上午9:00-12:00及下午2:00-4:00;周六上午9:00-12:00

  2. Application Method申請辦法
    • Download the application form from our website (www.cwgc.edu.hk).
      申請者須於本校網頁下載申請表格。
    • Filled out application forms should be submitted together with the following items:
      請於申請時段內遞交申請表、下列文件及費用:
      Photocopy of applicant’s HKID card學生身份證副本
      Photocopies of transcripts for the previous and the current academic years

      上一學年及本學年的成績表副本

      Photocopies of certificates, awards and/or proof of extra-curricular activities獎狀或證書副本
      Administrative fee $75
      (Cash only; no change given. Fees are non-refundable, regardless of the application result.)
      行政費75元
      (只收現金,不設找續。
      不論申請結果如何,已繳付的費用均不會退還。)
    • All application forms should be submitted in person. Late submission will not be considered.
      請親臨本校校務處遞交申請表。逾時申請,恕不考慮。

  3. Arrangements of written assessment and interview  筆試及面試安排
    A written assessment and interview will be arranged for suitable applicants on 27 June 2025. Suitable applicants will be notified via phone calls by 23 June 2025.
    筆試及面試將於2025年6月27日進行。合適申請者將於2025年6月23日或以前收到電話通知。

  4. Release of Result  結果公佈
    Accepted applicants will be informed of the result on or before 8 July 2025 by phone calls.
    獲取錄者將於2025年7月8日或以前收到電話通知。

  5. Registration 註冊
    Accepted applicants should register before the registration deadline for confirmation.
    獲取錄者必須於限期前到本校註冊以保留學位。
