Composition of Incorporated Management Committee
The total number of Managers shall be fifteen, comprising of

1. seven Sponsoring Body Managers (including the Supervisor) and one Alternate Sponsoring Body Manager nominated by the Sponsoring Body;

2. the Principal (an ex officio Manager);

3. one Parent Manager and one Alternate Parent Manager elected and nominated amongst the parents;

4. one Teacher Manager and one Alternate Teacher Manager elected and nominated amongst the teachers;

5. one Alumni Manager;

   ---

6. one Independent Manager nominated by the IMC
