Admission To S1  中一收生

S1 (2026/2027) students are to be admitted through "Secondary 1 (S1) Discretionary Places (DP) Applications" and the Central Allocation according to the Educational Bureau Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System.
本校透過教育局的「中一自行分配學位」及「統一派位」取錄2026/2027學年的中一學生。

Application for S4 transfer admission (2025/26)

中四插班生申請（2025/26）

1. Application Period申請時段
   Date: 27 Jan 2026 (Tue) to 2 Feb 2026 (Mon)
   Office hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-12:00, 14:00-16:00 & Saturday 09:00-12:00
   日期：2026年1月27日（二）至2026年2月2日（一）
   辦公時間：周一至周五上午9:00-12:00及下午2:00-4:00；周六上午9:00-12:00
   

2. Application Method申請辦法

• Download the application form from our website (cwgc.edu.hk).
  申請者須於本校網頁下載申請表格。

• Filled out application forms should be submitted together with the following items:
  請於申請時段內遞交申請表、下列文件及費用：

Photocopy of applicant’s HKID card	學生的身份證副本
Photocopies of transcripts for the previous and the current academic years	上一學年及本學年的成績表副本
Photocopies of certificates, awards and/or proof of extra-curricular activities	獎狀或證書副本
Administrative fee $75 (Cash only; no change given. Fees are non-refundable, regardless of the application result.)	行政費75元 （只收現金，不設找續。不論申請結果如何，已繳付的費用均不會退還。）

• All submitted information must be complete, accurate and true; otherwise, the application cannot be processed.
  申請者須確保所遞交的資料齊全、正確及真實，否則將無法處理有關申請。

• All application forms should be submitted in person. Late submission will not be considered. 請親臨本校校務處遞交申請表。逾時申請，恕不考慮。
  

3. Arrangements of written assessment and interview 筆試及面試安排
   All applicants must attend the written assessment on 4 February 4:45 pm - 6:15 pm. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to proceed to the interview stage.
   所有申請者須參加於2026年2月4日下午4:45至6:15舉行的筆試。合適申請者將獲邀參加面試。
   

4. Registration 註冊
   Accepted applicants must complete registration by the registration deadline to confirm their place.
   獲取錄者必須於限期前到本校註冊以保留學位。
   

5. Download Application Form 下載申請表

Based on the regulations of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all information collected will only be used for admissions to our school and will not be used for any other purposes. All data will be destroyed after the admission process.
所有遞交的資料只供本校收生使用，不作其他任何用途，並於收生後銷毀。

The arrangements for S2, S3 & S5 transfer applications for this academic year will be announced in due course.

本學年中二、中三及中五級插班生申請安排將適時公布。
