學生的香港身份證正本及副本* Transcripts for Primary 5 and 6 (original and copy)
小學五、六年級成績表正本及副本 Administrative fee $75
(Cash only; no change given. Fees are non-refundable, regardless of the application result.)行政費75元
（只收現金，不設找續。不論申請結果如何，已繳付的費用均不會退還。）*Remarks備註：
If the student’s Hong Kong Identity Card bears the symbol “C” (for conditional stay) at the line below the date of birth, he/she should also bring along other valid travel documents (original and copy).
如學生所持香港身份證上出生日期下有「C」字標記（有條件限制居留），須同時帶備其他有效旅行證件的正本及副本。
- The applicant must ensure that the submitted information is complete and accurate; otherwise, the application cannot be processed.
申請者須確保所遞交的資料齊全及正確無誤，否則將無法處理有關申請。 - All application forms should be submitted in person. Late submission will not be considered.

- Arrangements of interview面試安排
All applicants must attend the interview from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on 8 July 2026. Interview time slots will be announced upon application submission. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to proceed to the 2nd round interview.
所有申請者均須參加於2026年7月8日下午3:00-5:00期間舉行的面試。具體面試時段將於遞交申請表時通知。合適申請者將獲邀參加第二輪面試。 - Release of Result結果公佈
Accepted applicants will be informed of the result on or before 10 July 2026 by phone calls.
獲取錄者將於2026年7月10日或以前收到電話通知。 - Registration 註冊
Accepted applicants should register before the registration deadline for confirmation. Please bring along the following items for registration:

Based on the regulations of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all information collected will only be used for admissions to our school and will not be used for any other purposes. All data will be destroyed after the admission process.
所有遞交的資料只供本校收生使用，不作其他任何用途，並於收生後銷毀。
